I am a landlord that currently owns 4 properties 14 units amongst them and looking for someone to do routine upkeep and maintenance. Handle emergency calls, turn over rental units upon move outs, deliver notices, routine checks on the units, occasional trash removal.
This position requires the following skills.
Drywall: Mudding and Sanding and damages to walls.
Electrical: Swapping outlets and smoke detectors.
Light plumbing: To stop and fix leaks.
Painting
Light carpentry: Doors, Window replacements.
Must have a truck and own tools.
Hours are flexible and the pay is $25.00 per hour or for larger jobs a bid is appropriate. After 6 months negotiations for pay raise and benefits is on the table. Properties are located in Portland, Westbrook, and Cumberland.
