Gather in a gentle, loving and magical space to rediscover, nurture, & embody the ancient wisdom and guidance of the Divine Feminine. Goddess Activation Ceremonies are held monthly to provide women a safe space to connect with themselves and their sisters, Each month we will focus onto a different area of our lives and implement multiple healing modalities to break through limitaions within the mind, body, and society, gain helpful insights, harness tools, and partake in ancient spiritual practices to support the embodiment of our full expression and power as women. This work is beyond women empowerment, as we unite, we are co-creating, healing, and raising the consciousness of our earth, Pacha Mama. Together we reclaim our power, and integrate forgotten wisdom back into our lives to naturally restore our home, health, and relations. The mind may forget, but they body will always remember. Our body holds the patterns of our subconscious mind. All memories, beliefs, and emotions that have not yet been fully processed in a moderate manner are stored in the body, this can stem as far back as childhood, even previous lives, and through our lineage. This has a major effect on our behavior and state of well being. When we take the time to be with our body, really look within with acceptance and compassion, there is major opprotunity for healing to take place. In our time together we will flow through a series of embodiment practices from, Yin yoga, womb chanting, to learning acupressure points to support in releasing stagnant energy held in the body as we also connect with Cacao medicine to support in opening our hearts and diving deeper into our emotions, helping them come to surface to recieve their wisdom and guidance and find relief. *Yin Yoga is a very passive form of yoga which is very restorative and can provide alot of physical and emotional release. This flow is suitable for yogis of all levels, even beginners. *Please arrive on time. Come prepared - wear white or light color cloths, something that you feel comfortable to do yoga in. Bring a special object to charge on our alter with an intention, and a journal for note taking and reflections.
