Our family owned and operated company for 32 yrs Weathergard windows has expanded and is looking to fill several perminate positions A.S.A.P for the new year. The job is a door to door canvassing position setting up free estimates for people already in the market for windows, roofing and various improvements. Thats right you dont sell anything other than an opportunity to get a free estimates. Its a full-time, perminate position, pay is a hundred percent guaranteed and we will pay you to train regardless if you have experience or not so you can learn the correct way and is a base pay plus bonus, plus commissions. Our people at this position make 40 to 80k a year, own homes, new cars and support families, this is the real deal for the right people. We look at peoples attitude, drive and work ethic as much at job duties. People, pay and product is how we have maintained to lead the industry for so long along with mastering technology and making our windows designed for Michigan.
