Experienced apartment maintenance technician wanted in Poway area at a beautiful 55+ senior living home for a large national company and also a maintenance tech at a well kept, smaller community in Ramona area. Looking for candidates that have general knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting etc. Must have your own tools and be able to pass a background check. We are a local staffing company that works in the apartment industry and specialize in permanent positions with good local and national companies. Permanent positions pay between $19-$26/hour plus benefits depending on experience for techs and $26 + per hour for techs with HVAC certifications or are supervisors.
