SET 2 Hello, Looking for a person(s) who has an interest in enhancing audio. It is for a good cause. There are audio files that are poor quality. It was discovered that in the background, there were the sounds of people doing bad things. When reported, authority said there was nothing that could be heard in the audio. To stop the people from continuing to do bad (very bad), proof from the sound files needs to be brought up to a level/quality that the Average Joe can make out the background. Help is appreciated. There are multiple files. WARNING: There is weird feedback that comes up randomly and it is very loud. Be careful not to have the volume turned up too high when there is feedback. (Don't do what I did and listen closely with headphones on and volume up- and some unexpected loud feedback suddenly blasted. With a visual display of the audio, I could see the time coming up when there was feedback.)
