Students, ages 8-14, will learn coding and game app development while designing arcade games, a personal website, and creating mobile apps. Location:5530 Austell Powder Springs Rd 30106 (Austell Youth Innovation Center) Time: 3 day eventTuesday, February 16th – Thursday, February18th (9:00 am – 3 pm) Description:Learn the fundamentals of coding and game app development. This class will teach you how to design your own personal website while learning how to build and design real world apps such as arcade games and mobile apps. No prior coding experience needed for the students. COVID-19 Guidelines:• Masks will be enforced throughout duration of event. • The event will be limited to no more than 15 students ages 8-14. • Elementary and middle school students will be in separate groups and separate rooms to enforce social distancing. • Classroom tables will be spaced out at least 10 ft. apart for each student to enforce social distancing.
