JANITOR GENERAL PURPOSE To provide Janitorial/Housekeeping service to our Residents that exceeds their expectations. Ensures the Residents apartments and common areas are maintained with a superior level of quality, service, and cleanliness at all times. OVERALL DUTIES 1.Stock and prepare cart with all supplies needed for proper cleaning. 2.Painting, repositioning furniture, building maintanence 3.Make sure each Resident’s room is cleaned as scheduled. Make beds, empty trash, and clean bathroom. Clean all common areas. 4.Change towels and bed linens as assigned. 5.Replenish bathroom supplies as necessary. 6.Report anything broken or not functioning to Maintenance Director. 7.Assist with laundry services.
