As a Warehouse/Facilities Worker with BryComm, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth workflow in the warehouse and diligent maintenance of company facilities. Job Responsibilities Warehouse duties Create purchase orders Ensure accurate receipt of all materials Make all company deliveries Clean and maintain the warehouse Pick up parts and supplies Work with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices with material received Research proofs of delivery from vendors Facilities duties Order common stock supplies and maintain detailed records Change A/C filters monthly Maintain the yard Remove all garbage and recycling daily Assist in facility repairs Ensure the warehouse and yard are secure at all times Stock supplies as needed Requirements Minimum of one year of experience working in a warehouse setting Ability to lift 50+ pounds Highly organized with great attention to detail Adaptable; able to shift gears in an ever-changing environment Team-oriented and proactive in assisting when a need arises Hold a current, valid driver’s license Minimum 1 year forklift experience (with certification or willingness to certify upon hire) Ability to pull and back up a trailer Ability and willingness to work 40 hours per week with occasional, minimal overtime Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) required; additional database experience preferred Excellent communication skills, particularly via e-mail (specifically Microsoft Outlook) The Perks 401(k) with match Paid time off Paid holidays Medical Dental Vision Critical illness Short-term disability Life insurance Casual work environment Company-sponsored events Short Fridays All applicants must complete a drug screen, undergo criminal background check, and show proof of employment eligibility.
