This position requires the ability to perform, but is not limited to the following: 1. Leaf blowing - DAILY 2. General Landscaping; plant, weed, mulch, fertilize, water, minor tree trimming, digging, sprinkler systems, etc 3. Maintenance of and minor repairs to all buildings and equipment (indoors/outdoors); light plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical (HVAC); roofing, painting, sanding, sheet rock, grout, masonry, rock wall, chain link fence repair; all other repairs as needed, etc 4. Tennis Courts, Pool Deck and Boat Dock/boat lifts; maintenance and repairs, removal of spider webs, repair tennis nets and windscreens, etc 5. Clay courts require grooming (dragging, raking, sweeping, rolling), cleaning lines, watering, etc. Resurfacing and repair nailing lines when needed. 6. Janitorial; clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, window cleaning, restock restrooms, etc 7. Strip, wax, polish floors; Clean carpet with extractor 8. Work in assisting other departments as needed or required; adapt from job to job; provide general assistance everywhere as needed 9. Added cleaning of fitness gym equipment, restrooms/locker rooms, or any other area as instructed, due to COVID-19 protocols 10. Lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis; All other duties as assigned - ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must - Follow instructions as given/directed; take direction from tenured staff - Fast paced; ability to work quickly and accurately - Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time - Flexibility; schedule subject to change based on needs of Club or unforeseen circumstances; team oriented mentality - Be punctual and have reliable transportation - Some English speaking preferred All employees must be temperature checked, wear face coverings and follow all COVID protocol and procedures.
