Description
Seeking a licensed plumber, retired or between jobs looking for something to fill in some dead space. An experienced, creative journeyman might do - it's up to you to convince me.
*Applicant must be physically fit. Applicant must care about quality, getting the job done right and be a creative problem solver.* Work will be thoroughly inspected and tested. Good communication is a must. If you have any questions, please ask before proceeding. If I have any, you need to be fine answering them.
I need to install a MUSTEE 24" utility sink in the basement. It will be fixed to the concrete slab and go near the sewer line. It will be a temporary install. I'm thinking to install the drain into an extension from the trap clean out. Then it can come off when its time to move the sink and returned, more or less, to its current state. Finishing the sink will require supply lines, a drain, vent and fixture (see photos which CL was incapable of uploading correctly). Other work on site: replace a water filter and 3 fixtures on existing sinks and fix a fussy toilet. I think there are several hours worth of work here. All parts will either be supplied or compensated for if you have to run to the hardware store - just hand me the receipts. PAYING CASH AT END OF DAY.
