Meredith Management is offering a full-time, permanent maintenance technician position at an apartment community in Southbridge. General repair and maintenance skills essential - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting. Previous experience in apartment maintenance a benefit. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. Candidates must have driver's license, reliable transportation and be available for rotating emergency on-call and snow removal nights and weekends. Must live within 30 minutes of Southbridge, MA. Salary starting at $16/hour; negotiable based on experience. Excellent benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match and paid vacation time.
