Handyman/Property Manager Needed! Compensation: Based on experience and availability Employment type: contract We are a luxury, short-term rental company with homes in over 50 destinations worldwide and need a handyman/property manager for basic repairs and on-site help for the 4 homes that we operate in Big Sky. Qualifications: - General construction/repair experience - drywall, light plumbing and electrical, paint, change locks, etc. - Ability to flip dump and fill hot tubs between stays - Ability to prioritize and manage your own schedule - Organization skills - Efficiency with job time - Attention to detail - Ability to be in Big Sky several days a week - Ability to work with high-end clientele - Ability to handle stressful situations - Ability to work closely with a team - You must supply your own tools, vehicle, etc. Job Description: The handyman/property manager will work closely with local customer service managers and report to a remote, head property manager. Several days a week (including Saturdays and Sundays if needed) you will be responsible for conducting home walkthroughs to identify and correct any maintenance issues, including issues with appliances, drywall/paint, flooring, light plumbing, light electrical, and potentially HVAC, hot tubs, and more. You will work with the local customer service team to correct maintenance issues that may arise during a guest's stay at the home, and coordinate other vendors such as landscapers, appliance repair companies, plumbers, etc. to work on the home if needed. The ideal candidate would have some type of construction or handyman background and be extremely organized. This is not just a labor job, but also requires skills in organization and communication. Pay is flexible and can be on a flat rate, hourly rate, or salary.
