Paving Supervisor: Career Opportunity, Growing company has position available for an experienced paving supervisor. • Minimum 5 years experienced in related field required. • Paver, Roller, Finish Roller, Grade experience required. • Must be able to interface with subcontractors, customers, and office • Complete daily/weekly job reports timely. • Highly Organized, Problem Solver • Ability to meet project schedules • Ability to identify changes in the scope of work and initiate change orders • Ensure a high-quality product on all jobs at all stages • Ensure Quality Controls are followed • Ensure safety is top priority and safety policies are followed at all times • Work with PM to create a schedule for each job. Manage the job from beginning to end. • A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player are a must. • Ability to analyze and diagnose (troubleshoot) equipment malfunctions or failures helpful • Maintain positive relationships with subs, customers, suppliers, colleagues and subordinates • High School diploma or GED required • Valid Driver’s License required Competitive Pay DOE.
