Needed: General Laborer/ Helper for construction and property restoration company in Eugene/ Springfield.  TO APPLY: Please reply to this listing with your contact information, availability, and description of your experience (resumes encouraged but not required). We are looking to hire a laborer who is hard working, professional, respectful, and able to follow direction, but also work independently when needed.   The following requirements must be met: MUST have reliable transportation to and from job sites MUST be able to pass drug screening AND a background check MUST be reliable and punctual MUST have a current valid driver’s license MUST be willing to work after-hours and weekends as needed MUST be able to lift 50lbs and meet all physical requirements of general laborer position including but not limited to; bending, standing, sitting, kneeling, wearing PPE for long periods of time and working in confined spaces. MUST be able to work well as a team member and follow instructions Duties will consist of, but not limited to: -Demolition -clean up/ cleaning  -Packing and moving customer's items in and out of homes. -Water and smoke/fire mitigation: including but not limited to extraction of water and cleaning up of water damage, removal of water damaged building materials, demolition and/or cleaning of fire and smoke damaged buildings.  -Light construction as needed. Pay $14/ hour 15-29 hours per week depending on experience level.
