We are looking for a *hard-working*, *dependable* and *responsible* team member to help lead the landscape department at Ameriscape. A good candidate will be ready to work hard, lead by example, and communicate with other foremen to coordinate the work to be done. The Landscape Manager is dedicated to following guidelines and best practices to ensure that we deliver quality service to our customers with safety and integrity, every time. Ameriscape Landscape, Inc. is a medium-sized, family owned and operated commercial landscape and maintenance company serving central Ohio’s businesses for almost 30 years. Benefits $60k+ per year depending on experience Signing Bonus Paid time off Medical/Dental insurance Requirements Several years’ previous experience in the landscape industry, preferably as a crew leader Dependable, reliable, on time Positive attitude, good work ethic Valid U.S. driver's license Good communication skills in English Additional Qualifications (good to have but not necessary): Experience operating Bobcat / Loader Experience with large tree removal / climbing Bilingual English/Spanish Responsibilities Lead by example to motivate team members to complete work well and on time Help organize and schedule work to be done Oversee distribution of tools / equipment / personnel Complete all necessary paperwork carefully and thoroughly in English Communicate frequently with team members in English Communicate with customers in English Communicate with vendors in English Train new team members Physical Requirements 40+ hrs/week hands-on work alongside team members Frequently lift heavy loads Operate machinery (for example Edgers, Shears, Chainsaw, Stump grinder, Ditch witch, etc.) Drive large trucks with trailer (no CDL required) To apply, please go to www.ameriscapelandscape.com/apply and fill out an application today!
