Champion Mulch & Stone Supply is looking for an Assistant Site Coordinator. Champion Mulch is a women-owned business, providing homeowners and any outdoor business with the best top quality mulch, along with essential construction material. THE POSITION:* We are looking for a dedicated and motivated full-time assistant site coordinator to help with the daily upkeep of a fast-paced site. This position involves welcoming guests positively, operating heavy-duty equipment, and assist in executing all essential site tasks to the company standards. MAIN QUALITIES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to provide excellent customer service skills (both written and verbally) • Ability to multi-task while maintaining first-rate attention to detail • Greet, host, provide support for customers, visitors and employees • Point of contact for all packages/deliveries • Understands basic Spanish is a PLUS • Experience in operating heavy-duty machinery is a PLUS
