We are real estate investors who buy single family homes. We currently have a demand for single family homes in the following neighborhoods Hillcrest, North End, and East End. In addition to the other resources we have to acquire properties, we also hire individuals to locate vacant properties in (Far North, Lakewood, Uptown, Bluffview, and Main Street District) that are not listed on MLS or have a for sale sign on the property. Once you locate a vacant property take a picture of the property, make a note of the the address and email it to us. We will email you to advise if the lead was accepted or not. Training is provided.
