Express is working with a Marysville Fencing Company to bring aboard a General Laborer. This is an evaluation to hire position. In your new role, you will be installing fences and performing various general labor tasks. If you are a dedicated worker with excellent attendance, want a long-term position with an outstanding company, and love working outdoors, this may the opportunity you are looking for! General Laborer Location: Marysville, WA Rate of Pay: Earn up to $18.00 per hour. The pay increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon performance and attendance Schedule: Monday- Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm; the schedule may vary depending upon the jobs for the day. What you get to do: - Digging holes for fence posts - Utilizing a wheelbarrow to move cement - Lifting up to 60 pounds - Driving company vehicles (once hired on) - Other duties as assigned What you need to be successful: - Have and maintain an excellent attendance record - Ability to lift 60 pounds regularly - Be comfortable working outside in the elements - Work well with a team as well as independently - Have a valid drivers license What is in it for you: Once hired on, you will be eligible for the following benefits: - Medical insurance, including an HSA plan - 5 paid holidays a year - 1 week of vacation the first year Does this sound like the position for you?
