Full time positions are eligible for benefits including health insurance. Many of our positions start as part time and have the potential to move into full time roles if desired! *PAY INFORMATION* Pay starts at $13.50/hr. Potential for pay increases at 90 days, 6 months, and annually. You could be earning up to $14.56 after 1 year of employment! *POSITIONS AVAILABLE* Loveland - Monday-Friday 6pm-Midnight - 30 hours per week Loveland - Monday-Friday 6pm start - 20 hours per week Loveland - Monday-Friday 6pm start - 14.5 hours per week Loveland - Sunday-Thursday 6pm start - 18 hours per week Loveland (near Centerra) - Sat, Sun 7:30pm-10:30pm - 6 hours per week Loveland (near Centerra) - Sun, Tu, W, Th 6pm start - 9.5 hours per week Windsor - Mon, Tu, Wed, Th, Sat 7pm start - 19.5 hours per week Greeley - Sunday-Thursday 6pm start - 16.5 hours per week Greeley - Monday-Friday 3pm start - 17.75 hours per week Greeley - Sunday-Thursday 6pm start - 245 hours per week Floater (Travel between Greeley, Loveland and Windsor) - 5:30pm start - 40 hours per week ($14.50/hr to start) Fort Collins - Riverside/Lemay - Sun, Tu, W, Th 6pm - 19.5 hours per week Fort Collins - College/Monroe - Monday-Friday 8pm - 23.5 hours per week Fort Collins - Drake/College - Sunday-Thursday 7pm - 12.5 hours per week Fort Collins - Drake/College - Monday-Friday 8pm to midnight - 20 hours per week Fort Collins - Horsetooth/College - Sun, Tu, Th 6pm - 12 hours per week Fort Collins - Horsetooth/College - Sun-Thur 6pm - 18 hours per week Fort Collins - Horsetooth/Timberline - Wed, Fri 6pm - 7 hours per week Fort Collins - Harmony/Lemay - Sun-Thur 6pm - 14.5 hours per week Fort Collins - Traveling - Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 5:30pm-2am - 40 hours per week ($14.50/hr) *WHO YOU ARE* Hard-working Looking for a career or a long term position Goal-oriented Has seen at least one Sci-Fi movie Able to work independently Responsible, someone who can show up to work everyday Can take charge of a situation Punctual, someone who can arrive on time and stay at work Multi-task so well that plate spinners look on with awe *WHAT YOU WILL DO* Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift to clean client buildings Maximizing the quality of service delivered to our customers and presenting a good company image Using supplies and equipment properly to clean buildings, we actually use more than just water and a rag. Who would have thought :) Minimizing accidents with people and property. We don't want anyone getting hurt so you can participate in our summer BBQ. Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality and customer service. *WHAT YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON* Perfect attendance – no unexcused absences, tardys Great customer feedback Internal inspections scores 8+ Start on time and work within budgeted hours, we all have to do it. Minimize accidents and damage Find and fix problems and recommend 2 new significant improvement ideas per year *REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION* Must have a reliable means for transportation, using your feet counts! Must be willing to consent to/pass a drug and background screen to include marijuana Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand while moving around for 7-10 hours at a time Desire to be a part of something larger than yourself Strong work ethic and desire for long-term employment No visible tattoo's or extreme facial piercings Works hard but also like to have F.U.N. while getting things done!
