Job duties will include: • Light maintenance skills required • Use of personal vehicle • Servicing of spas • Home inspections for quality clean • Ensuring all homes meet guest standards by completing preventative maintenance requirements • Being on call certain evenings to accommodate guest needs • A flexible schedule that includes weekends & holidays Must have a dependable vehicle and valid license/insurance, must have a smart phone, must be able to drive in all weather conditions and live locally, will train and certify the right individual.
