Hart Enterprise, Inc., is the leading OEM supplier of special application needles and custom medical devices for the health care industry. We are a Sparta based company with a 40 year history of steady work. Hart is seeking responsible candidates for mold machine operators in a light manufacturing environment with a small to medium quantity production of medical devices. Operators will be responsible for running production on custom machinery and self quality inspections. A great mold machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to to the job better, so you should have a willingness to learn and improve. Previous mold machine operation experience and general math skills are desirable. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: feed raw material or parts to semi automated machines, inspect parts with precision and measuring tools. Keep detailed records. Skills should include but not be limited to: ability to read part drawings, procedures, and manuals, teamwork and communication skills, attention to detail. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a first shift, full time permanent position with opportunities for overtime. Starting pay is $10 -$11 per hour with 5 reviews for potential pay increases within the first 2 years.
