Rehoming an amazing small senior dog

Sweet and loving senior terrier mix looking for his forever home. -does NOT get along with kids & indoor cats. -can get along with other dogs but takes some warming up to -14 years old -only barks if doorbell is rung and things of that nature -potty trained -leash trained -loves cuddling -great companion -loyal and listens well Rehoming because we have two small kiddos(toddler/newborn.) and unfortunately he does not want to be around them. I also have no time to give him the proper love and affection he deserves in his old age. He’s still very active. Still wants to be outside and play catch and play in the house. Acts like a 2/3 year old dog. He’s teeth aren’t great but overall in great health. Really want to be sure of this new family and know that if it doesn’t work out to keep in contact because I never want him to have to live a shelter life. Please only serious inquiries. It already breaks My heart to have to rehome him. Thank you
