We are looking for a full time Cell Phone Technician for our store. You will be responsible of repairing customer’s electronic devices such as phones, tablets and computers with both software and hardware issues, all brands and models especially, but not limited, Samsung and Apple products. Exercise independent judgment in the resolution of repair problems and also request upper management guidance as necessary to ensure top-notch customer experience. Ability to work with others in a fast paced environment, ability to multitask and work independently and willing to take direction and learn quickly. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Perform diagnostics on electronic devices to assess and determine the job required to repair the device Replace damaged parts such as LCD, audio and charging ports, batteries, and so on, on phones and tablets (required) and computers (a plus) in a timely manner and high-quality repairs. Perform pre and post testing on devices to ensure all problems are identify and prevent customer complaints on issues that were not addressed and brought up to the customer Be familiar with unlocking software for multiple manufacturers Communicate with customers via in-store, phone, email and/or text to provide updates on the status of the repairs Responsible for ensuring that all repairs are completed and all pending actions take place such as follow up on parts ordered, approval of repairs, payments, etc. Work as a team with the sales representatives and administrative personnel to ensure smooth repair process Enter job completed in Google Form daily Enter parts in each invoice to include the cost Work and maintain work station organized Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Minimum High School Diploma or GED Must live in North Virginia At least 2 years of experience on cell phone repair Good oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish (considered a plus) Reliable transportation in North Virginia Experience in micro-welding is a plus (or willingness to learn) Apply now sending your resume to: [email protected]
