sighting Pet bird

14th near Paso Robles, Los Osos CA

Description

Some type of budgie large parakeet. Molting. Mostly white. Looked tired. Crows are nearby. I tried to go get him/her to come to me and was close twice. I hope he makes it home. I'll get him if I can and take him to the pet store in osos.
