IMMEDIATE OPENINGS IN 77002 area $11-14 PER HOUR NEED TO be available Monday-Friday 4 am to 8 am. 8-20 hours per week! PART-TIME WORK. PERFECT for making EXTRA CASH!! ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform general maintenance tasks such as blowing out of breezeways, pressure washing, removal of cobwebs dusting of handrails, cleaning of light fixtures, removal of pet waste, non-organic waste and other debris from the grounds, grassy areas, parking lots and walk ways in a commercial multi-family environment. QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT • Must have Smart Phone with data plan • Must have CAR or TRUCK • Must currently have and maintain a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other properties as needed • Flexibility to work and/or be on call.
