However, starting pay increases with credentials and experience. • 5 paid vacation days after 1 year of employment • 10 unpaid vacation days • Opportunities to learn all aspects of Carpentry Candidates with limited to no experience will be considered. However, ideal candidate qualifications include: • Experience in carpentry. Specifics including: Structural wood framing, and non-structural wood framing • Professional Career Attitude • Patient and able to take constructive criticism • Valid drivers license with reliable personal vehicle • Fluent in English • Residing within Denver Metro Short and Long Term Opportunities: • Short Term Opportunities (1 year+) ◦ Access to company vehicle and shop tools ◦ Hands on experience and training with residential and commercial project management • Long Term Opportunities (2 year +) ◦ Promotion to managerial roles with added responsibilities and experience. ◦ Salary up to or exceeding 70k ◦ Bonus structure base off project profits ◦ Utilization of company assets K&A Construction is an expanding company and offers opportunities to advance into roles that entail more responsibilities, valuable work experience, and higher pay grades at a much more accelerated rate than at other construction firms.
