Please join us for this special 2-hour session to learn how to circulate and accumulate your body's energy through focused breathing exercises in postures designed to gather heat and energy in the body's core. Develop your sensitivity to feeling energy and become more mindful. Plus, release tension and stress with simple breathing techniques to help you to feel charged and revitalized. Walk away with tools to create a stronger body with a clearer, more resilient mind. Led by Boston Body & Brain's Regional Director, Master Cho Greenwater, this workshop is an excellent way to deepen your practice whether it's with Body & Brain or elsewhere. Principles practiced within this workshop can be utilized not only in yoga and tai chi, but also within our other athletic, creative, and personal endeavors. Please wear comfortable clothes and an open mind 🙂 Plan on arriving at least 5 minutes early to get settled in.
