Stores Attendant/Inventory Control – Twigg Corporation
Twigg Corporation is now hiring a Storeroom Attendant/Inventory control specialist. This would be a 1st shift opportunity. Candidates may be required to work overtime.
Essential Functions:
Attend to the window – Issue tools, equipment or supplies as needed to shop floor employees
Maintain records issued and returned
Unpack, receive and shelve incoming items to replenish inventory
Transfer parts to its location within Oracle
Review demand/forecast looking 6 months out
Issue material to jobs and stage parts
Inventory management of stock items including cycle counts
Reconcile Cycle counts
File sketches/Close out jobs as needed
Monthly shelf-life audit
Key role in physical inventory
General housekeeping/ 5S compliant
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent people & organizational skills
Experience with the daily operation of supply cribs, crib attendant & the issuant of material
Experience with computer managed inventory systems preferred
Mechanical or Industrial background preferred
Experience working with maintenance and manufacturing personnel is a plus
Ability to be flexible
Pleasant personality with a strong work ethic is desired

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
