Need concrete pool

I'm looking for a pool company, or licensed individual with experience to put in a pool in my back yard. I can do all the excavating and filling of rock base. I can do all the plumbing as well. I have a salt water pool filter and pump already, so I just need to find a qualified person to do the rebar concrete and plaster. The pool is going to be a lagoon type, pretty shallow in most areas, around 3', but will have a deep area for cannon balls. I'm a do it yourselfer, and have grown up working on homes my whole life. I've remodeled too many to count and built my home too. So, I know what I'm doing. But I think a pool would be best left for someone with more experience than I have with it.
