Over the course of an hour and fifteen minutes learn how to make the airy, light, and sometimes very intimidating chocolate soufflé step-by-step. Alongside this decadent dessert you will also be learning how to make two sparkling wine cocktails! One to sip on while you work, and another to pair with your chocolate soufflé.
