We are in search of a Full time Maintenance Technician for our Novi/Farmington area. If you are looking for a great company and great coworkers and a great career this is the place for you! Skills preferred: *General Plumbing-toilets plugged, garbage disposals, leaking pipe, etc... *General Electrical-change out outlets, lights, etc... *HVAC- certified is preferred but not mandatory *Grounds-trash pick up, flowers, weeding, snow removal, etc... *Painting-drywall repair, touch up painting, etc... *Available for on call rotating between maintenance staff We offer medical, dental, vision after 90 days, Personal days, PTO time, 401K and a great working environment.
