Warehouse Assembler - Construction / Building Materials

This position is responsible for assembling building material components such as wall panels, roof and floor trusses and/or millwork products such as doors, and/or windows. Processes include insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts and use of both hand and power tools. Compensation: $14.00-$15.00 Depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: (Other duties as assigned) - Assemble products according to written, verbal and diagram instructions - Paint, stain, move and carry products as needed - Advance math usage – addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals - Use of company hand tools, power tools and air tools in a safe and effective manner - Moves materials as necessary in the performance of duties or as directed. - Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. - Maintain work area, by keeping it neat and organized.
