Water Shutdowns affecting Watts St., Willow St, and Central Ave

On Friday, February 5, 2021, Chelsea WSD will be performing water shutdowns as part of an upcoming design on Watts, Willow, and Central. The shutdowns will take place from 3pm-7pm and will be performed street by street. The locations are as follows: Watts Street from Highland Street to Willow Street Central Ave from Highland Street to Willow Street, and Willow Street from Watts Street to Central Ave During these three shutdowns, residents in this area may experience no water. Residents are encouraged to call 311 to report no water, and are expected to state their address so the City can document the results of the shutdown. Chelsea WSD staff will be onsite as well to speak to residents.
