Guitarist wanting to start or join semi-experimental rock band

I moved to the area fairly recently. I've been wanting to start a band for years, but I've yet to have the chance. I'm entirely self taught, and also play other instruments, mainly bass and keyboards, but I was only able to bring my guitar with me. I wouldn't call myself amazing in terms of skill, but I'm about where I want to be. I like to focus on creating sounds and timbre that I like more than trying to be conventionally great at guitar, shredding solos and the like. I'm 18, and I would prefer people in my general age group,, but I am completely willing to work with people who are older. My main influences at the moment are Radiohead, Car Seat Headrest, Can, At the Drive-In, and black midi. I'm looking for people who play any instruments of any musical background and at any skill level, but a drummer and at least one person who can contribute vocals are essential. My only real requirement is that we have compatible tastes in music. I also do not have practice space, so someone with that would be ideal.
