Clean License a plus Experience = more pay Landscaping experience helpful This work is outside in the cold, in the weather, steady work 40 hours plus! all work over 40 hours is payed at 1.5 times your rate (overtime) Job Description This position is responsible for executing field assignments within the areas of underground utility construction. Core Values: Safety, Accountability, Integrity and Quality. Expectations/Responsibilities: Follow direction of supervisors to perform assigned tasks. Practice safe work practices by following all company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs. Perform a wide variety of manual labor tasks. -Including driving, digging, pulling, pushing, lifting, measuring, cutting, and reading diagrams. Procedures to ensure safety and quality goals are met. Adhere to all regulations and procedures. Additional responsibilities will be shared with qualified applicants during the interview process. Qualifications/Competencies Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Criminal Background. Valid Driver’s License. Must have flexibility in personal schedule including weekdays and occasional Saturday work. Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Accountability, Integrity, and Teamwork. OSHA and related Safety Training is a plus. DOT Examiner’s Certificate, not required but helpful. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and exert physical effort performing manual labor the majority of the day Ability to work in confined spaces Ability to wear hardhat as needed Ability to lift 100 lbs. Ability to travel in inclement weather and work in severe weather conditions both hot and cold Able to tolerate exposure to moderate noise levels Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
