Looking for a small pup

Hello. My name is Jessica. I am a stay at home mom of 5. My children have been asking for a pup for quite some time but I refuse to pay the amount of a car for a pup and the reasonable priced ones are generally scams. I am not comfortable bringing an adult animal into my home that is not accustomed to my children or my cat Ravyn so please do not recommend shelters. I've looked everywhere for pups and unfortunately non are available. I got our cat Ravyn 2 years ago at 6 weeks from Craigslist. Her birthday is Oct 24th 2018. Since then she's acquired her shots and have been spayed at the spca so I have a vet reference. We would like to add a pup to add to our family but I'm not willing to pay more than 300-500 dollars.
