Accessible Space, Inc. a national non-profit provider of housing for adults with disabilities, seniors and veterans is seeking an experienced Part Time Property Caretaker/Building Maintenance for our location in Carbondale (East College Street) Candidate will perform minor maintenance, general upkeep, work order completion etc. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and be able to work without direct supervision. Should also possess excellent time management skills, professional demeanor along with the ability to communicate in a professional manner. At least 18 months related work experience.
