Availability: Full Time, Part Time, Availability between 5:30am-6:00pm M-F Smoke FREE ** CPR/First aid Classes Childcare includes: Provider will provide the following meals for your child/children. For children drinking from a cup only and 13 months and older. Breakfast 7-7:29 am, A.M. snack 9:00 Lunch 11:00-11:29 am, P.M. snack 3:30 Infants (12 months and under) formula and baby food will be provided by parents. Parent/parents will provide their child/children special dietary foods due to allergies and/or parent wishes. Provider will provide portable cribs/mats/sheets/blankets for each child enrolled. Inside and outside play (small motor skills and large motor skills) Educational play including story time, music, dance, puzzles, colors, shapes, numbers, ABC's Basic arts and crafts offered to all children. (coloring, playdoh, etc.) Structured preschool (Themed learning per week) offered for children ages 3 and up at no additional cost. Request from parents: Emergency card (provider will provide card) and shot records. Parents will sign child/children in and out. Diapers, wipes, powder and ointments.
