Looking for an experienced painter with attention to detail. Other work will include drywall repairs, plaster, sanding and general handyman work. Employer is a real estate developer and property manager in South Philadelphia. Must have: Drivers License in good standing Ability to speak, write and understand the english language Smartphone with camera & GPS capability Know how to use basic tools Experience working in and around construction site Ok lifting heavy building materials, climbing ladders, scaffold occasionally, etc. TRUCK AND TOOLS A HUGE PLUS!
