We need great people like YOU to help make this happen! We are looking for landscape INSTALLERS at the labor and foreman level, we don't do any maintenance, we just build bad ass landscapes! Look at the pictures to see what we do. We have almost more work than we can handle and need hardworking, punctual individuals to join our TEAM. Yes, we work as TEAM here and offer competitive pay, profit sharing as well as a simple IRA for those who choose to stay with our team long term. You will also enjoy offerings to extend your landscape education as well as a $100/week bonus given to the person that really went above and beyond their job description that week. We work hard but also have fun at our job. We are able to offer all of this because of the great leadership we have developed here at Jake's Designs, you can be assured that all your questions will be answered and that you will be led to all the success that you are willing to put in the time and effort to attain. The ideal foreman will have at least 3 years landscape installation experience and the ideal landscape installer will have 1 year experience, both will need their own transportation to get to and from job sites.
