We live and operate by five Core Values: Be kind, Always be Growing, Seek to understand, Go the extra mile, Own It Accountabilities: - Print customer orders - Pick, pack and ship using ShipStation - Ensure all orders are shipped on time - Deliver exceptional product and package presentation - Receive inventory and re-fill product in the showroom - Receive and process customer returns - File shipping damage claims - Support Operations Manager in warehouse-related tasks - Complete inventory cycle counts and updates in the system - Other responsibilities to help the team as needed Key Competencies: - Positive attitude, self-driven personality - Independent hard worker who prioritizes and manages time effectively - Eager to learn and work fast - Detail oriented team player - Computer-savvy, fast technology learner - Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse without air conditioning - Ability and willingness to lift packages up to 50 lbs, unload pallets and climb a 12-foot ladder Schedule and Compensation: - Based on experience - This is a full time, 40 hrs/week position - Employee benefits after 90 days of employment How to apply for this position: Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Fulfillment Superstar [Your First and Last Name].
