Housing/Apartment Community in the Midtown Area is seeking a Maintenance Technician.
Minimum 2 years experience working within apartments/multi-family housing communities.
Knowledge in HVAC, PAINTING, DRYWALL, PLUMBING and ELECTRICAL REPAIRS.
General building and grounds maintenance.
Must have a positive attitude / good customer service.
