Midtown Detroit APARTMENT COMMUNITY looking for a Maintenance Supervisor.
5 years experience in a Maintenance position of apartment/multi-family housing communities is required. An ideal candidate must have previous maintenance management experience. This position is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the community as well as managing a maintenance staff.
Must be organized and able to schedule.
General building and grounds maintenance.
Knowledge in HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical repair.
Must have a positive, team player attitude / good customer service.
