Commercial building cleaner wanted ASAP. Workdays FIRM: Mondays, Wednesdays + Fridays Start Time: AFTER 5PM (flexible, but once agreed upon, time cannot change) Work Times: Cleaning takes up to 4.5 hrs a day PAY: $12.00/hr, paid holidays when applicable LOCAL PERSON PREFERRED: Must live no more than ~20-30 minutes travel time from the job site. No exceptions. Ideal candidate will be from Waterford, Clarkston, Auburn Hills, Pontiac, Keego Harbor, White Lake, Bloomfield Hills, etc. JOB LOCATION is near the intersection of Dixie Hwy + Telegraph Rd. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, but not necessary. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR, no exceptions. Building you will be working in is monitored by (checked) video cameras. Must clean according to a provided checklist.
