Insurance Inspector Needed in Raleigh and Surrouning

We are a regional inspection firm servicing the southeast and we have an opening in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill Area. This area is picking up volume and we are looking to add a set person on a part time basis, meaning you would be scheduling all of your own appointments. We are currently seeing 15-30 per month in the area. The position would require you to complete a telephone interview, schedule an onsite inspection where you will diagram the building and look for any hazards. Finally you will submit your findings into our website. The time frame given is 20 days and you can expect anywhere from 10-20 reports per month in the triangle, with some work just south and east of Raleigh. There is also work available outside of the listed territory which would include mileage. We see work consistently towards Rocky Mount/Tarboro/Wilson, and north towards Henderson. The current inspector is travelling towards Rocky Mount once per month. Mileage fees are agreed upon beforehand. You will be required to have a reliable vehicle, digital camera, laptop, measuring wheel, Microsoft word, and high speed internet.
