Our locally owned business is one of the fastest growing pest control companies in North Carolina. Want to know if you fill the bill? For starters, we hope you love the outdoors. This isn't a desk job; 90% of your time will be spent outdoors treating for pests. We're looking for fast learners who are great communicators and are always on time. All applicants must have an excellent driving record, professional appearance and be able to provide documentation. Applicants should also be able to lift 50 lbs. Training and licensing is 100% paid! What would you be doing? - Determine the type of service needed for homes and execute pest treatments. (In other words, kill bugs.) - Provide phenomenal customer service to your own customer base (Smile) - Practice superior safety habits according to company standards while driving and performing service. - Organize daily routes based on location. (You'll get to know the Triangle like the back of your hand.) - Resolve customer concerns with a calm, helpful demeanor (hence smiling.). - Record services rendered, products used, and customer information. We will provide all necessary pest control training and pay for your licensing. A company truck with GPS is provided for your daily routes. Monthly bonuses and commissions are easily earned on top of your salary.
