Pirate’s Cove Realty is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for the Rental Department. The Maintenance Supervisor will schedule and perform work at Pirate’s Cove. Successful candidates will have verifiable experience in skilled trades such as electric, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, sheetrock, painting, and general maintenance.
Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with coworkers and contractors in a neighborhood/community environment.
Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (truck is preferred, We do have a golf cart for use inside of Pirate’s Cove), tools, and verifiable work experience. Must have the ability to lift over 50 pounds and climb stairs. Work hours are typically 8:30 – 5:30pm.
Candidates for this position must live in Dare County or adjacent counties.
Pay will commensurate with experience. This is a full time, year round position.
