Job Summary: Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. Major activities include responsibility for overall safety of site, supervision of subcontractors, project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, material receipt and control, providing technical direction to trades while ensuring compliance with design and quality standards. Job Site Management Maintain SAFETY, PPE and Regulatory Signage throughout project Review/Read/Understand Plans and Specifications for Project Constructability Reports to jobsite as scheduled before the arrival of trades. Meet with all Subcontractors each morning to lay out activities and complete sign in sheets Continuous examination of materials and work in progress to verify design specifications are met. Supervises, orders and coordinates activities of labor, subcontractors and deliveries Records information such as personnel, production and operation data throughout the day Confers with managers and design team to resolve problems and coordinates solution in field (RFIs) Conduct and participate in safety meetings Utilizes company provided iPad or Chromebook to fill out Ongoing Daily Log of Activities Super in the field verifies the subs are installing the correct products by reviewing approved submittals, photographing delivery tickets and materials on site, and then supervising quality of placement against drawing details. Working Conditions High-pressured, fast-paced environment with significant telephone and personal disruption. Large number of multiple steps in complex system performed with accuracy and speed is essential to the successful completion of tasks. This job description is intended to describe the level of work required by the person performing the work. Education and Experience Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Commercial Construction experience: Supervision of project timeline, project budget, project safety, design standards, Quality Controls and multiple subcontractors on site for. 5+ years in commercial construction preferred but not required Health Benefits, PTO and 401K offered.
