Seeking a responsible and proactive maintenance tech with hands-on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience preferred for a commercial building, no residential units. Resume is required, list all your experienced trades as well as the level of experience with each. Position available immediately to qualified individuals for a $30 / hr. rate.
