The Fulfillment 2nd Shift Logistics Coordinator ensures customers receive their orders correctly, in good condition and on schedule. Responsible for all functions associated with the fulfillment of orders within the facility; as well as maintaining company standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for fulfilling and shipping customer orders in a timely manner • Main responsibilities will take place on 2nd shift during peak seasons – May need to flex to 1st shift during off peak times • Works collaboratively with Management and HR in planning, training, and daily placement of team members to meet customer demand. • Supervise, lead and develop team members through training, coaching & mentoring o Provide feedback on coaching on job performance via established process o Ensure effective cross-training is occurring o Available for questions, comments and suggestions. • Work independently and cooperatively to make sure that product is of the highest quality & accuracy for our customers • Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies for use in the fulfillment areas. • Keep areas clean and safe from hazards for a safe work environment. • End of season review with crew leads identifying challenges and successes. • Maintain various daily reports. • Various other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Ability & drive to develop individuals and establish postitive team dynamics • Minimum 3 year experience in the Fulfillment department or equivalent • 1-3 years supervisory experience required • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required • Flexibility in hours and able to move to other shifts based off business needs • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player • Critical thinking and the ability to make decisions for quick corrective action. • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment. • Flexibiity and willingness to cover different fulfillment areas, based on the needs of the business. • Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel. • RF gun experience • Physically able to stand, walk, bend, reach and ability to lift heavy packagesm (approx 50lbs) Competencies • Oral/Written Communication Skills - excellent communication, written and presentation skills. • Adaptability – Ability to handle change in routine or work rules, available to accommodate flexible work hours and working in extreme weather conditions • Customer Focus – Oriented to serving the customer • Detail oriented - strong organizational and planning skills. • Problem Solving Skills- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use good judgement when making decisions.
